Ordering, Delivery & Returns

Enter the number of square metres you require and it will automatically rounded up to the nearest box size.

Click add to cart.

Click view cart and you will be able to review your order.

Click proceed to check out, were you will have to enter your details and payment type.

Once your payment has cleared, you will receive a confirmation email, we will then order your stock and contact you to arrange shipment and delivery dates.

If product is in stock it will be dispatched in 2-4 working days and arrive at your address in 5- 10 working days, if product is out of stock we will notify you of the production date and estimated delivery times.

All delivery times are an estimation and can’t be guaranteed.

Sydney Online Flooring uses a flat shipping rate of $120.00 inc GST to Sydney and Greater Sydney areas, should you require delivery out of this area please call or email for a quote.

Packaging or wrapping including pallets, skids and plastic wrapping will be left with delivery and is the buyers responsibility to dispose of.

Buyer is responsible to be present at time of delivery, should buyer or authorised person not be present, goods will be left on site at buyers responsibility.

Refunds are only offered if the product is found to be damaged or faulty, No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind.
